Web design is a significant aspect when it comes to real estate websites. If your website looks attractive, you will surely have a good chance of increasing your sales. One thing to make sure if you have a real estate website is pictures. Photos are the first things people look at because they would want to know the appearance of the property they are going to buy. If your site does not have photos, you will miss out on most of the traffic and the potential sales. It is also important to have details on the price readily available. This is because people want to have instant information. Also, they usually do not want to go through calling you or sending an e-mail just to get pricing information or photos. These are just few, yet efficient, tips that can help you gain traffic for your website.

I completely agree. The pictures should look professional as well. If they look amateurish, then that might deter the potential customer. This definitely comes into play with commercial real estate as well.
